At Ruthy Michaels, all our products are printed on demand specifically for each customer. Because of the custom nature of print-on-demand services, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for orders placed in error or due to a change of mind.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once verified, we will process a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot offer refunds or reprints for items delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been sent to production. Production typically begins within 24 hours of the order being placed.
