ABOUT US
Hi, I’m Ruth, the heart behind Ruthy Michaels.
Before creating this brand, I spent almost a decade as a nurse, supporting people through grief, stress, and those quiet moments when life simply feels heavy. That work taught me something important: healing isn’t only medical. It’s creative, emotional, and deeply personal.
This brand began with my own story. Years ago, I was studying in a new country with two young children while my husband supported us from afar. I felt overwhelmed, exhausted, and unsure of myself. I often wished I had simple tools to help me breathe, pause, and reconnect with who I was. Today, those are the tools I make for other women.
Through affirmation kits, colouring pages, grief journals, and small creative rituals, I want to offer moments of calm in a busy world. My hope is that every product helps you feel grounded, supported, and gently reminded that you matter.
This is more than a shop. It’s a community shaped by care, creativity, and emotional strength.
Thank you for being here and allowing me to be part of your journey.
“Life doesn’t slow down, so we need simple, meaningful ways to reconnect with ourselves.”
What People Are Saying
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"My 6-year-old daughter loves her ‘I Can Do This’ colouring book. Every night she colours quietly, and sometimes I join her with my adult ‘Daily Affirmations’ book. Colouring keeps her calm and quiet, and I use mine to relax after a long day at work. I highly recommend both colouring books.
