For over a decade, I worked in healthcare, holding space for grief, resilience, and quiet strength. But somewhere along the way, I realized that healing isn’t just clinical—it’s creative, emotional, and deeply personal.

Ruthy Michaels was born from that truth. It’s my love letter to women who give deeply—to their families, their communities, and themselves. Through affirmation kits, grief journals, and mindful colouring pages, I create tools that help women feel seen, supported, and gently reminded: you matter too.

I know what it feels like to carry the weight of care while trying to hold onto your own identity. Years ago, I was a student in a foreign country, raising two young children while my husband cheered me on from another continent. I was exhausted, overwhelmed, and emotionally stretched. I often wished I had the very tools I now create—something to ground me, lift me, and remind me that I wasn’t alone.

That season shaped me. It taught me that emotional wellness isn’t a luxury—it’s a lifeline. And it’s why I’m so passionate about representation, creative healing, and crafting rituals that fit into real life—especially for busy mums, carers, and women navigating burnout or recovery.

Every product is designed with intention, rooted in empathy, and inspired by the women I’ve cared for, worked alongside, and become.
