Ruthy Michaels’ books are printed to order, just for you.

This helps reduce waste and ensures every item is created with care.

• Dispatch & delivery:

  Each book is printed to order here in the UK.
  This means delivery may take slightly longer than for off-the-shelf items, but it helps reduce waste.
  Most orders arrive within 5–10 working days.

• Delivery method:

  All UK orders are sent via standard UK delivery.

  You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

Because all items are printed to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind.

However, if there’s a problem with your order, we’ll always do our best to put it right.

Please contact us if:

• Your item arrives damaged

• There is a printing error

• You received the wrong item

If you need to get in touch, email us within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and a photo of the issue where possible. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
