All books sold on this website are printed to order.
This means each item is created specifically after your order is placed, rather than held in stock.

Product images and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible. Colours and appearance may vary slightly due to printing processes and screen settings.

3. Orders & Payment

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£)

  • Payment is required in full at the time of ordering

  • An order confirmation email will be sent once payment has been received

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if there is an issue with payment, availability, or suspected misuse of the website.

4. Shipping

  • Orders are typically printed and dispatched within 3–5 working days

  • All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary, particularly during busy periods

Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery timing passes to the postal service.

5. Returns & Refunds

Because all items are printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

However, if your item:

  • Arrives damaged

  • Contains a printing fault

  • Is incorrect

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and a photo where possible. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

6. Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once printing has begun.
If you contact us immediately after placing an order, we will do our best to help, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

All content on this website, including text, illustrations, designs, and books, is the property of Ruthy Michaels and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Purchasing a product does not transfer any intellectual property rights.
