But she’s also a mum.
She knows what it feels like to carry everyone else’s needs while quietly putting your own last.
That lived experience shapes everything she creates today. Each book is designed to offer a little relief, a little lightness, and a moment of calm you can return to again and again.
These tools are simple, gentle, and powerful. They remind you that you matter too, even in the middle of your busy, beautiful, complicated life.

Ruthy is a nurse and a mum. She knows what it feels like to carry everyone else’s needs while quietly putting your own last.
Years ago, while studying in a new country and raising two young children, she longed for something small and meaningful to help her pause, breathe, and feel centred again.
So she began creating it.
Today, she designs gentle self-care tools for busy mums who give so much to everyone else, offering calm, creative ways to reconnect with themselves without guilt.
This space was created for women like us.
