WHY THIS MATTERS

Because You Deserve Care Too

Ruth spent nearly a decade as a nurse, supporting people through difficult and tender moments.

That experience shaped everything she creates today. Every product is designed to bring you a little relief, a little lightness, and a moment of peace you can return to again and again.

These tools are simple and gentle, but they are powerful. They help you feel seen and supported in the middle of your busy, beautiful, complicated life.

Meet Ruthy

Ruth created this brand from her own lived experience. Years ago she was studying in a new country while raising two young children, feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, and far from home. She wished for something small and meaningful to help her breathe and centre herself again.

Today she creates those simple supports for other women.
