As the school holidays stretch out like an endless game of “Are we there yet?”, many busy mums in the UK are quietly Googling “how to survive summer parenting” while their children knock—relentlessly—on locked bathroom doors.

And if that’s you? You’re not alone.

The toilet isn’t just a bathroom. It’s a brief oasis. A mindfulness pod. A space where the chaos pauses, if only for a few deep breaths and a bite of a slightly bruised banana.
